My sales philosophy is quite simple. Know my clients' needs and objectives, know my product, know the marketplace, and make all my clients feel like they are my only client. The fusion of these components coupled with "hands-on" personalized service is what I strive for with each and every client, and is responsible for my success for over four decades.

Since my entry into real estate in 2001, I have closed in excess of $175,000,000 in sales and am consistently in the Top 2-5% of 50,000+ Berkshire agents nationwide, as well as one of the Top 100 agents in our LA and Central CA group.

Prior to my Real Estate career, I spent 25 years in Television Advertising Sales and Management, including 12 years at KCOP-TV/Los Angeles, where I honed my analytical, negotiating and marketing skills; which have parlayed quite nicely into my real estate career

My wife Susann and I have been married since 1985 and reside in the Studio City hills with our Morkie (Maltese/Yorkie mix), Bowie. Our artist daughter Sheri lives in the Bay Area.

While my clientele is heavily referral-based, I specialize in the neighborhoods that "straddle" the Hollywood Hills: Los Feliz, Silverlake, Beachwood Cyn, Sunset Strip, and the East Valley neighborhoods of Studio City, Valley Village, Sherman Oaks & Encino. They also happen to be the areas I've lived since I moved to LA in 1983. Simply put, if an area is too far out of my realm of knowledge and expertise, and I won't be able to effectively represent my clients, I refer them to someone who can.
